Amber Resin Beads / Necklace
Large, warm-toned beads made from a blend of amber resin, copal, and aromatic ingredients. Sold as necklaces or loose beads.
History & Cultural Context
Moroccan amber beads are not true Baltic amber but a traditional blend of copal resin, amber dust, and aromatic materials pressed into beads. This tradition predates modern plastics and is considered a legitimate craft in its own right. Tourists should understand they are buying resin craft, not geological amber.
