Brass Table Lamp (Desktop)
Small to medium pierced brass lamps designed to sit on tables, desks, and shelves. Cast intricate shadow patterns on surrounding surfaces when lit.
History & Cultural Context
A smaller, more portable evolution of the traditional Moroccan pendant lamp. Desktop lamps became popular as home decor exports in the late 20th century. They use the same piercing techniques as their larger ceiling-mounted counterparts but are scaled for intimate spaces.
