Copper Mug / Tumbler
Hand-hammered copper drinking vessels, often tinned on the interior for food safety. Used for water, juice, and buttermilk (lben).
History & Cultural Context
Copper vessels have been used across Morocco for centuries. Tinned copper cups were the standard drinking vessels before glass became widespread. The hammered texture is both decorative and functional, strengthening the thin copper walls.
