Heavy hand-loomed wool djellabas in natural brown, cream, or gray stripes. The classic mountain garment of the Rif and Middle Atlas.
History & Cultural Context
Wool djellabas are the original form of this garment, predating lighter cotton versions. Chefchaouen and Ouazzane are known for coarse, warm mountain wool djellabas. The pointed hood (qob) is distinctive to Moroccan djellabas.

Production Notes
Fabric hand-loomed from local sheep wool, then cut and assembled by tailors. The characteristic stripes come from mixing undyed light and dark wool. Minimal embroidery compared to Fassi styles.
